Under the chairmanship of the Dean of Al-Huda University College, Professor Dr. Omar Abdul Kareem Jassim, the College Council held its second session for the academic year (2025–2026) on Tuesday, 9/12/2025, to discuss the most prominent academic and administrative matters included on the agenda.
During the session, the Council addressed a number of key issues aimed at enhancing performance quality and strengthening the educational environment within the college. The most notable topics included:
• Semester examinations and the mechanisms for organizing them in a manner that ensures smooth procedures and a high level of academic discipline.
• Approval of the organizational procedures governing the work of examination committees and updating their systems to ensure effective and coordinated performance.
• Discussion of the ministerial order regarding the establishment of the Cybersecurity Department and a review of the requirements for its launch in accordance with approved standards.
• Review of cases referred to the Council and the اتخاذ appropriate decisions concerning them.
• Hosting the Head of the Quality Assurance Unit to present the latest updates related to performance quality and academic accreditation.
• Completion of the recommendations issued by the ministerial committee and follow-up on their implementation in the relevant departments and units.
• Strengthening the role of academic departments in supporting student attendance and activating scientific and research activities.
• Optimal utilization of scientific laboratories to enhance the efficiency of practical training and keep pace with technological developments across all disciplines.
